Cruise prices:

• Costs noted are starting prices for the cabin type indicated.  Each cabin type may have additional categories available for an additional cost.  You will be able to make your selection during the booking process.
• Most cruise prices are not guaranteed and can change until booked.  
• The 70% off second passenger ends 8/28/2025
• The double occupancy rate for the Central Sea Terrace that has been discounted 70%, and then an additional 10%, is guaranteed until 9/12/2025. After 9/12, the discounts will no longer be applicable.
• The deposit due at the time of booking is 20% of the total cabin cost. 
• Bookings can be held for 24 hours in lieu of an immediate deposit however, the booking will auto-cancel if the deposit is not paid within that time.
• If insurance is selected, that will be due at the time of booking as well.

Trip Protection

Protecting your vacation investment is HIGHLY recommended.  Not only does trip protection offer some coverage for cancellations and changes, there is other coverage that is sometimes not considered, namely coverage for any medical and/or dental emergencies that may arise while out of the country.  To many client's disbelief, insurance they have with their job or other source, does not cover treatment received while traveling internationally.  Any coverage provided by credit cards, likewise, may not offer comprehensive coverage, or typically comes with the requirement that you pay in full up front and be reimbursed later. While some travel plans sometimes may require payment up front as well, many plans are accepted while traveling abroad and provide coverage for additional issues that may arise like lost baggage, delayed baggage, flight delays, trip interruption and more.  

Protection for your cruise is available from Virgin Voyages at the time of booking.  Please ensure you review covered areas; this coverage would only apply to your cruise period. You may select this coverage or choose external coverage with another trusted partner, Allianz.  This would allow for inclusion of additional components of your trip such as air, hotel, excursions and more. Whether you choose protection with Virgin or Allianz, the price would be based on the total amount being covered, and the ages of the insured(s) if using Allianz. Please inquire if you would like an Allianz quote.

If you are declining to purchase trip protection at the time of booking you must also complete and sign an Insurance Waiver before your booking can be made. This applies even if you have your own coverage or plan to purchase protection later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I reserve my spot?

A: You can book online using any of the buttons under the cabin types. The buttons for most cabins will direct you to my personalized VV site (It will say Rachel Jenerett). The only exception is for those who want the discounted rate for the Central Sea Terrace.  The 10% discount I have secured for us must be applied manually so you will complete an online form with the Sailor(s) information and authorize your deposit.

Q: Do I need a passport to sail or can I use my birth certificate and ID?

A: Virgin Voyages requires a valid US passport book to sail. Birth certificates and REAL IDs are not acceptable forms of ID for sailing with Virgin Voyages.

Q: Can I invite others to go with me?

A: Absolutely! If they're a good time, the more the merrier.

Q: I have special offers available or am eligible for discounts such as residency, first responder rates. Can I use those if booking with you?

A: Yes you may.  MNVV, loyalty offers, FL residency, military, first responder rates and more can be booked on my VV site.

Q: Are there incentives to paying in full at the time of booking? 

A: Yes, Virgin Voyages offers a 10% discount to those who pay their cruise in full at the time of booking.  You will be able to select this option at checkout  

Q: Are payment plans available?

A: Yes, there are a few options available. 

1. FlexPay is a payment option that can extend your payments over 24 months. You could hold your cruise for as little as $0 down and with no interest.  When booking online you can apply for this option.
2. You can hold your booking with a 20% deposit and pay your cruise in full by November 12, 2025 at no extra cost. There are no extensions to this fee-free date.  
3. Flexible payments without a credit check are available for the deposit only to lock in the great rates currently available, or for the entire cruise. Fees apply based on the amount being financed and the whether you choose a weekly or biweekly repayment option. Please call or email me to inquire.

Q: Can I book add-ons with my cruise?

A: Yes. Excursions, Bar Tab, an things you would like to add to your room can be added at the time of booking or later by accessing your booking at any time.

Q: Are drinks included?

A: Basic beverages as noted above in Inclusions, yes. Alcoholic beverages, premium coffee drinks, pressed juices, mocktails, etc. are not included in the cruise price but can be purchased with your Bar Tab.

Q: Does Virgin have a drink package?

A: No, they do not.  They offer what is called a Bar Tab. A bar tab is a more equitable way to pay for premium drinks than you may be accustomed to with other cruise lines.  Your can purchase preset amounts for your bar tab, each coming with a different bonus amount when purchased before boarding the ship.  You can then use that Bar Tab to pay for any drinks not included with the cruise price.  The Bar Tab can be shared by people in the same cabin and you are permitted to buy drinks for others using your Tab. Parties in the same cabin can purchase different Bar Tab amounts.

Q: Will I be able to make payments online?

A: Yes, payments can be made online 24/7 utilizing secure servers.

Q: Will I be able to manage my own booking if I book with you?  

A: Yes, you can access and manage your booking as you wish; you'll just have additional perks and an added layer of support by booking on my VV site. 

Q: What airport should I fly in to?

A: The closest and most convenient airport is Miami International Airport, approximately 15-20 min from the port. Ft Lauderdale Airport is approximately 45 min away and is sometimes a more economical option depending on your outbound airport.

Q: Do you book airfare and hotel as well?

A: Yes.  I can accommodate airfare from any departure point and with any airline. I also can book hotels, apartments, condos and full homes. If booking airfare with a pre or post cruise stay in Miami, you may be able to reserve the best options, at the best rates, early starting at a $200pp deposit.

Q: Do I need to dress up on the cruise?

A: All Virgin cruises have theme nights including Scarlet Night where Sailors wear red, Pajama Night and others.  Dressing up is optional and there will be Sailors who do not.  We will update confirmed Sailors of the details of our specific cruise after final payment.

Q: Do I need to make reservations for the restaurants?

A: It is recommended that you make reservations for restaurants you would like to dine in as soon as it's available to you.  For standard cabins that may be 60 days prior to departure.  You must have the Virgin app to make the reservations.

Q: Can they accommodate dietary restrictions?

A: Yes.  Please note any dietary, physical or medical requirements in your booking within the Virgin app or email me. 

Q: Will there be group activities?

A: Absolutely! This will be updated as get closer to the cruise.

Q: Can I upgrade my cabin?

A: Yes.  You can upgrade your cabin at current pricing at any time to get immediate confirmation.  Or you can bid for an upgrade and wait to see if it's accepted.  Upgrade bids could be approved up to 48 hours prior to departure.

Q: Can I choose my cabin?

A: Initially your cabin will be automatically assigned to you by the Virgin system however you can select another cabin yourself or you can email me.
