Virgin Voyages cancellation terms apply. To keep everything documented and accurate, all cancellations should be submitted in writing to PBGBCruise2027@gmail.com. Our goal is always to be as fair and transparent as possible, while working within supplier policies. If the two parties in the room are paying for their own portions of the booking, both parties will need to submit a cancellation request in order for the entire booking to be cancelled. If required, in absence of a cancellation from both parties in the room, only the party who has submitted the request in writing will be cancelled, and the remaining party will be responsible for the cost of the entire room, including any single supplement fees if a replacement is not provided to the Travel Advisor or additional associated fees.
Travel protection, if purchased, may provide reimbursement for eligible cancellations.
By submitting your booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined above.
A quick reminder to ensure smooth travel:

If you do not have a valid passport, are not a US citizen, have a criminal record or otherwise may have issues sailing, we encourage you to reach out to Virgin Voyages directly and the appropriate government office to resolve any issues prior to travel.
